Call the airline you are flying on and ask them what they require you to do

The airline will tell you if you call them. Each airline has a different price. Some do it for no cost.

You should inquire on the airlines you will be flying.You should also have the vaccination/quarantine paperwork done as a requirement by the Immigration.I have friends brought their dogs brought to the US from the Philippines without problem provided you are updated on its paperworks/vaccines.
