What happens if somebody works on a Tourist Visa in USA and gets paid by check instead of cash?
sagitario asked:
If someone is not planning on overstaying their tourist Visa in USA but has a job here. Could that person go back to his country and come back to the US without consequences?
Would inmigration find out that they were working?
