Canada can’t even support it’s own National league and has to compete in its neighboring country’s league. Canada hasn’t qualified for the World Cup since 1986. Why are they so bad?

Tina Get The Axe! asked: It seems like the prime minister of Canada has no real power or authority. I say this as a canadian. Compared too the president of the US it looks that way, I know the US is a lot bigger (population wise) and has more power than canada but still. And when the prime minister is speaking at that house thing there is all these losers yelling in the back. Everything has too go threw all these votes and no one agrees so nothing really ends up happening. Could someone explain why? Also what the prime ministers powers are? Thanks so much!

The name of the exam is “Category 1 medical certificate” from Transport Canada.

KG asked: If in fact i do not get an athletic scholarship (incredibly difficult) i was wondering if i would still be able to play a sport in college. I am talking about Football or Baseball specifically. The school i plan to go to has a Division 1-AA football team and a Division 1 baseball team.
